Assisting in identifying property for new charity hospital.

Employed as advisor and negotiator for circa $60M in property asset sales for Rodney Property Limited which provides quality independent advice to Rodney District Council.

Manson TCLM Limited: Negotiation – Owner’s Representative

Negotiator for sale of assets in Wellington and Auckland of approx $20M for one of New Zealand’s largest private development companies.

Oyster Group: – Owner’s Representative

Employed in an advisory and negotiation role to manage the leasing of their office portfolio. This is now valued at in excess of $300M.
